We want you to be happy with SellerBoost AI. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to the first payment of a new subscription as well as to one-time purchases.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund you can:

  • visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
  • contact us at contatti@bialab3d.it and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Once approved, refunds are typically credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Recurring subscriptions

You can cancel an active subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal (accessible from your account page or from any Paddle email receipt). Cancelling stops future renewals; you will keep access until the end of the current billing period. Renewal payments already taken outside the 30-day window are generally non-refundable, but please contact us if you believe your situation warrants an exception — we review each request fairly.

Chargebacks

Please contact us or Paddle first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. In most cases we can resolve the issue faster directly.
